The bors job details link (https://app.bors.tech/repositories/886/log#batch-4735) appears broken:

Same goes for the homepage (http://bors-app.herokuapp.com/), which redirects to app.bors.tech.
Uuuuhhhh… yeah, everything’s metaphorically on fire for some reason.

Also, you can change your link. app.bors.tech is what you’re supposed to use, and the herokuapp.com one is just there so that people’s old links don’t break.
