Bors command reactji confirmations?

I noticed today that Dependabot adds a GitHub reaction emoji thumbs up to commands, immediately letting you know that it saw them:

It's a really pleasant UX, IMO... any opinions one way or another about that kind of immediate feedback on r+ or retry?

I think this is great. Users don't have a good sense what is going on until a build kicks off (and even then the messaging is bad)
